Agro Business Summit to be Organized by CII at Siliguri on 19th & 20th May 2017

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 25th April, 2017: The Pre-Planning Meeting for Agro Business Synergy – Focus North Bengal to be organized by CII North Bengal took place at Siliguri. The meeting was presided by the Addl Chief Secretary – Department of Industry, Commerce and Enterprises, GOWB. Along with him, the CEO of Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority & Addl Director of the Tea Directorate North Bengal was also present. The scheduled date for the Agro Business Synergy is 19th and 20th May 2017. The main focus of the summit is to focus on the agro Sub-sectors in North Bengal highlighting the Food Processing, Dairy, Horticulture, Agriculture Meat Processing, Poultry, Seed, Floriculture, Biotechnology, Tea etc. This is going to be one of the biggest Agro summits in North Bengal in recent time. The Business community, Agro based industry and also the grass root level farmers may see a new beginning in the outcome of the summit.
